If someone goes to the Courthouse to make an "allegation" then what that accuser is saying is, "I can prove that defendant broke that law" and in this case "that law" is the Federal Law on Wire Fraud.

How does the proper Court respond to an accuser's allegation?

The proper Court tells the accuser "the person you are accusing is always considered "innocent until proven guilty"". We will accept your allegation and then we will run the legal process in order to see if you can prove what you say or not.

What if the Court takes the allegation and HIDES IT?

What if the clerk at the Court does everything he can to see that the allegation never sees the light of day?

Then, a person who understands the "ins" and "out"s of American Law can DEDUCE that the alleged defendant is guilty and the person who is covering up the allegation is in a conspiracy with that alleged defendant.

here is the PROOF that the US Attorney is in possession of the allegation.

The ONLY reason someone would cover up an allegation for child abuse within the context of American Law is BECAUSE THAT ALLEGATION IS TRUE!
